YellowBrick’s backbone is a software platform called Rent Manager. This platform is leveraged by YellowBrick to handle core operations. For tenants, it means we can process applications, leases, and rent payments online, and facilitate and document maintenance requests and correspondence (by phone, email, and text) conveniently. For owners, the highly versatile application provides complete accounting and powerful reporting capabilities, while allowing daily processes to be streamlined.
YellowBrick’s maintenance team has shown that quick and friendly service is truly the norm. YellowBrick maintains a fully-stocked warehouse, allowing us to carry out service calls quickly and efficiently, without unnecessary trips to acquire extra parts or tools. Our in house licensed Plumbing and Electrical departments as well as our vendor supply network and purchasing power allow us to pass additional savings on to our clients.
